Ticket Office Policies

Child Tickets
  • Children ages 2 and younger are admitted with a ticketed parent/guardian to all home ticketed events unless otherwise stated. Any child who enters without a ticket must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Away games and post season events are subject to different guidelines. Children above the age of 2 must have their own ticket for admission.

Refunds or Exchanges
  • All tickets ordered from the Air Force Athletic Ticket Office are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be made due to game time or date change. Contests which take place, even in the event of inclement weather, are not subject to refunds or exchanges.

Season Tickets
  • To provide the best possible customer service, all deadlines printed on season ticket applications are final. Orders received after the posted deadline may not be processed or tickets in the previous seating location(s) may no longer be available. All season tickets purchased after the deadline are considered new season tickets, not renewals. Households may purchase up to 8 season tickets per sport.

Seating Assignments
  • All tickets sold before any public sale are assigned according to the Falcon Athletic Fund (FAF) priority point system. Points are earned through the purchase of tickets, monetary donations, and other legacy point categories recognized by FAF.
  • Away game tickets will be assigned according to the FAF priority point system.
  • Relocation and upgrade requests will be assessed according to the FAF priority point system.

Tickets may also be transferred to a subsidiary or majority partner if controlled by the same parent company. Documentation must be provided.
  • Force Athletics reserves the right to request additional documentation in order to complete the transfer (i.e. birth certificate, marriage license, death certificate, etc.).
  • Single game transferring of tickets may be to anyone, as long as the transfer does not violate NCAA or institutional rules.
Trade/Sponsorship Tickets
  • Trade/Sponsorship tickets, or a ticket bank, can be included in contractual agreements with Air Force Sports Properties, AFAAC Marketing, or AFAAC Community Outreach/Events. If included in a contractual agreement, the tickets or ticket bank value will be issued to the partner. The Athletic Ticket Office will be provided with copies of all contractual agreements that include ticket trade. Any no-cost tickets received by the staff cannot be used for personal gain or resold. For the request to be processed, a copy of the fully executed Partnership Agreement will be provided to the Athletic Ticket Office to verify the trade quantity and contract agreement. Tickets will not be provided without a copy of the signed agreement. It is the responsibility of the Athletic Ticket Office to maintain accountability for the agreements and reconcile tickets accordingly.
