The Air Force Ticket Office reserves the right to refuse and release and tickets purchased from anyone known to be habitually reselling tickets on any form of a secondary market. Air Force reserves the right to refuse and release tickets prior to contact being made to the purchaser.

Routine misconduct may result in restrictions on purchases of tickets through the Air Force Ticket Office.

Your ticket is a revocable license. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder, individually and collectively, the Holder, agrees to all terms hereof.

Your ticket is issued and sold by the Air Force Athletic Corporation or its designated agents. Any person buying tickets except at the designated offices of the Athletic Corporation does so at their own risk.

The reselling of this ticket, on Air Force Academy grounds is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to removal from Academy grounds.  

Your ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, contests, or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation.

The holder grants permission to the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation to utilize the Holder's image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live audio, video, or photographic display, or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at the event without further authorization or compensation.

The appearance of advertisement on your ticket or in the facility does not constitute an endorsement by the Department of the Air Force of the products or services advertised.  

The Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related to in any way to, the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise. The Holder agrees that the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation, NCAA, and the United States Air Force Academy are expressly released by the Holder from claims arising from such causes.

Stay alert at all times and if injured, immediately ask ushers for directions to medical attention.

Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management or security to violate an acceptable code of conduct. Breach of the code of conduct will automatically terminate the license.
