FAQ's
Q: Are paper tickets available for this event?
-No, all tickets are digital through the AXS Ticket app.  

Q: What Software or Hardware do I need?
-You will need to download the AXS Tickets app on your smartphone or mobile device. 

Q: Why haven't I received my digital tickets?
-Make sure you have used the correct email address.
-Once you receive an email from AXS Tickets (axs@axs.com) stating that your tickets are ready, you can then login/sign up to the AXS Tickets app using your email to access your tickets.  
-Tickets must be accessed via the AXS Tickets app,  you cannot access your tickets via the email. 

Q: Can I print off the QR Code?
-No, tickets must be displayed on a mobile device. 

Q: I can’t add my tickets into my Apple Google Wallet?
-You are not able to add tickets in AXS into your digital wallet.  Tickets must be presented from the AXS Tickets app. 

Q: Who do I contact if I still need assistance?
-Please contact the Air Force Ticket Office at 719-472-1895 or at afa.tickets@airforceathletics.org

Q: Where do I go if I need assistance on Gameday?
-Please go the Gate 6 Box office at the Northeast side of the stadium. 

Q: If I received tickets through a player or coach will they be digital? 
-Yes, tickets received from players and coaches will be digital and won’t be received until the night before the event when the player guest list is closed and verified. Please monitor your email before the event so that you receive the most up to date information.
