Welcome to the Air Force Football Family! Football team members will have the opportunity to have guests come to watch them play for free! Each football player will receive specific instructions to make sure their guests are able to attend. A few things for you to know:
Home Games:
- Each member of the team will be able to sign up four guests for each game.
- Team members can transfer any tickets they are not using to other players who may have more than four guests who would like to attend a game. (If your player is unable to secure enough complimentary tickets for your family, additional tickets can be purchased from the Ticket Office and will be placed next to the complimentary ones.)
- Cutoff to sign up guests is 24 hours prior to the game.
- Tickets will be sent via the email the player enters in the system the evening before the game.
- Complimentary team tickets are located in Sections L10 and L11.
- Wireless service at Falcon Stadium is extremely limited, so please ensure your tickets are downloaded into your mobile wallet BEFORE arriving at USAFA.
Away Games:
- Each member of the travel squad will be able to sign up four guests.
- Only team members on the travel squad will be able to transfer tickets to each other.
- Cutoff to sign up guests is 48 hours prior to the game.
- Ticket delivery is determined by each host institution. The Ticket Office will send an email to everyone on the guest list letting them know how to receive their tickets.
**Please make sure you have your player notates any limited mobility or ADA requirements for their guests.
- SCREENSHOTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- Digital tickets have been upgraded to NFC (near field communication). You will not have a barcode or QR code on your digital tickets. Please see the Mobile Ticket Guide below for more information.
- Apple product users - Digital tickets will now be bound to your individual Apple ID. This means that once an Air Force Athletics account has been logged into on an Apple device, that account will now only be able to be opened with devices linked to that Apple ID.
- The player who requested tickets for you may have used your email address for others in your group. Please follow-up with your player for the list of the intended recipients if you receive more than one ticket.
- Tickets must be used by the guest who the ticket is assigned to. Use of tickets by an individual other than the intended recipient will result in that player no longer receiving complimentary tickets for guests.
- Per NCAA regulations, player guest tickets are non-transferrable. The re-sale of complimentary tickets is strictly prohibited (Bylaw 16.2.2.2). Cadet-athletes are restricted from receiving payment, goods, or services from any source for complimentary admissions, and doing so could result in their permanent ineligibility (Bylaw 16.2.2.1).
- To access the base on gameday, each vehicle occupant, over the age of 18, will need to present their state issued ID at the gate. All vehicles are subject to search upon request by Security Forces. All non-US citizens will need to obtain a visitor pass from the Pass and Registration Office. Click HERE for additional information.
- Parking lots open four hours prior to kickoff. (Traffic entering through North Gate will park in Lots 4, 5, and the north side of Lot 3. Traffic entering through South Gate will park in Lots 1, 2, and the south side of Lot 3.)
- Tailgating at your vehicle is allowed as long as you do not occupy more than your vehicle's space or impede traffic flow. Reserved tailgate spaces can be purchased HERE.
- Falcon Alley opens three hours prior to kickoff. Falcon Alley is located between Lot 3 and the east side of Falcon Stadium.
- Stadium gates open two hours prior to kickoff.
- The Ticket Office is located at Gate 2.
- Elevators are located at the south end of the stadium.
